Customer Acquisition

Location: Manila, Philippines or remotely

Susan.one Ventures is an international company owned by Estonians and Filipinos. Our goal is to be the number one accounting and payroll software provider in the Philippines by the end of 2022.

Our software works offline and online - that said, it is highly secure and generates all the mandatory government reports with a few clicks within seconds decreasing human errors.

Responsibilities

  • Check new prospective customers (sign-ups) and record them to the computer system
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Contact prospective customers who have signed up and welcome them
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand why the prospective customer hasn’t started a software trial
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the software meets their needs
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Take detailed call notes and record any feedback
  • Keep contact and financial records confidential
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls (if needed and possible) and sales and record useful information
  • Ask recommendations
  • Answer incoming software-related Messenger and Instagram chats
  • Answer social media software-related posts comments
  • Respond to customer reviews
  • Process subscription orders (send invoices to customers)
  • Make cold calls if nothing else to do

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in customer support or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (active listening, emotional intelligence, reports building, demo skills)
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Focused on friendly and engaging customer interaction
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

Work hours and benefits

8 hours a day, 5 days a week, a total of 160 hours

Within 8 hours you should be able to reach at least 40-50 contact numbers (if given to you)

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the software meets their needs
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Take detailed call notes and record any feedback

Within 8 hours you should be able to contact at least 40-50 companies.

Each successful sale (means the company activates paid subscription after a 30-days trial) gives you an extra ₱1,500
