There are three plans to choose from to suit your business needs at an affordable monthly subscription.

If you would need to deal with the time and leave management of your employees and process payrolls, it is best to use "Payroll".

In case you need to record sales and purchases and track your business stock, you should choose "Accounting" only.

Yes, you can have multiple company files. All you need to do is sign-up for website, create your user account and register as many licenses as you wish.

Yes, up to 6 users can access your company file but you need to buy a 6-users license first.

Log in to your desktop payroll accounting software or desktop accounting software. Click on the "Settings" button, go to the left menu, click "Users", add "New" user, fill in the email and password and click "Save". Share the email and password with the new user via email. Secondly you need to share the license key with the new user.

Yes, can offer a discount if you sign up for more than one company file. You need to contact to request the discount while starting your second or third company subscription.

If you decide to cancel within your free 30 days trial period, you don't need to do anything.

If you are a paying subscriber, and you are not planning to continue paying your subscription, you don't need to do anything. After the subscription has expired you cannot access the software anymore.

Data and Security

The safety of your data is our top priority. Here is a list of security measures implemented:
  • SQLite with SQL Cipher extension
    Databases on the local machine and on the server are encrypted with customer-based keys.
    All data transfers are done using HTTP over Transport Layer Security (TLS).
  • JSON Web Token (JWT)
    We are using signed JWTs on transmitting information between parties.
  • Authentication before adding an account
    Account holder verification before an account can be added to the application.
  • Recovery PIN encryption
    Password recovery PIN is encrypted and known only to the account holder.
  • Data synchronization and backup
    Data synchronizing between on-premise and cloud data sources are automated.
  • The Certificate validation
    The application is verifying the SSL certificate to make sure it is correctly installed, valid, and trusted.

If you decide to cancel during the free 30-day trial, we'll delete all data from our server immediately and you are not able to log in to your software anymore but the data remains available on your computer if you use the desktop version of the program. You may want to delete the Susan folder from your computer after you have decided to cancel.

If you're a paying customer and decide to cancel the subscription, you should export the data from the software before your subscription expires.
