Log in to webpage, select your license, and a Recovery PIN will appear next to it. Use this PIN in Susan application to set new password.

In case, when you see the unidentified developer message during the installation, follow these steps:
  • Open System Preferences
  • Click on Security & Privacy
  • Select General tab
  • Click on the button Open Anyway

The name of the company to which the software license is issued cannot be changed. When your business name changes, please contact support.

When internet connection is not available, work with the Susan application will continue as usual. When the connection is restored, the data that has been added or changed in the meantime is uploaded to the server, from where your other computers will automatically download it.

Susan does not have user roles in the classical sense, but it is possible to define for each user at what level he is able to perform operations. Read more about user rights from Help Center.

Into this location all database files, licenses and logs will be stored.

In case of an application crash you want to report, do the following:
  • Find the log file
    • Windows: C:/%appdata%/Susan/logs/Susan.log
    • Mac: /Library/Application Support/Susan/logs/Susan.log
  • Describe the procedure that caused the error
  • Send us an email with a description and, if possible, a log file

Susan has a built-in installation of the latest version. The program will notify you when a new version is available and the new version will be installed automatically after your confirmation.
